Golf - No more Flex
Golf is a game incredibly addictive because it has so many ways that people really like. One is the ability to grip and rip it. Of course, most of us break the ball with absolutely no idea where it is headed. This mentality is also through to choose the club and why your swing flexion is often poorly done.
